FES had their Cougar Way Assembly. Today was the big day where the Wild Thing was let out of the crate to see if it could follow the Cougar Way. Mrs. Hammond had it on a leash just to be safe. The Wild Thing practiced Carpet Expectations and Line Basics. When it started to go WILD, Mrs. Nelson had a stop sign and the teachers would sing a Cougar Way song (to the tune of Stop! In the Name of Love) to calm it down. The Wild Thing learned about showing respect to classmates and teachers.
