The Sumner-Fredericksburg Community School District intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for Master Planning, Bond Referendum and Subsequent Construction Projects. Construction projects may include Elementary School renovations or replacement and High School improvements.
Sumner-Fredericksburg Community School District will publish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at-Risk (CMaR) services for the project on November 5, 2024. The CMaR will be chosen using a two-step solicitation process and chosen on “best value.” The CMaR Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submittals will be ranked based on the following criteria:
• Firm Profile & Background
• Applicable Project Experience, Qualifications, References • Project Team and Company Structure
• Proposed Delivery Method & Management Processes
• Safety Record & Internal Safety Program
During the proposal stage, qualified respondents shall be asked to submit their proposed fees for the project. Additionally, qualified firms may be asked to interview.
